Ms. Meng maintains a general business practice with a focus on real estate law and lending practice. She regularly represents financial institutions in commercial lending transactions and on work-outs of non-performing loans. In addition, Ms. Meng has significant experience in representing developers and investors in the acquisition, sale, development, financing and leasing of commercial and residential properties, including large shopping centers, condominiums, residential subdivisions, office buildings, industrial properties, hotels/motels, and apartment complexes.
While in law school, Ms. Meng served as a member of the South Texas Law Review, was inducted into the Order of the Lytae, and was a recipient of American Jurisprudence Award in Corporations and Certificate in Transactional Law Practice.
She is bilingual in English and Chinese, and is capable of drafting in both languages.
